Sarah Franklin is the Chief Executive Officer of Lattice. She brings 25+ years of experience leading and scaling companies in tech and has a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and marketing expertise. Prior to joining Lattice, She spent over 15 years at Salesforce in a variety of executive leadership roles including President Advisory Board, Chief Marketing Officer, EVP Platform and Trailhead. Before Salesforce, she worked at a variety of companies ranging from scaled businesses to scrappy startups.  She holds a dual degree in chemical engineering and biochemistry from Virginia Tech and has been awarded many accolades including Forbes’ Most Influential CMO, “CMO to Watch” by Business Insider, and recipient of the Brand Genius Award from Adweek.

Sophie is Head of People at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Sophie held roles at Canva and Workfront, where she played a key role in delivering company-wide people programs and engaging with leaders to help them navigate and solve business challenges. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology & Anthropology from the University of NSW. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sophie now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her partner and two dogs.

Gabe Cortes is the Chief Financial Officer at Lattice, where he oversees all aspects of finance operations, IT, and business systems. Mr. Cortes joined Lattice in August 2023 and brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience leading companies at scale. Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. Cortes was the Chief Financial Officer at Included Health, a leading digital healthcare company, where he led the company through two financing rounds and strategic M&A, including the acquisition of Doctor on Demand. Before that, he served as SVP, Global Field Operations at Workday, where he helped scale the company to over $1.5B in annual revenue. Mr. Cortes lives in San Francisco, with his wife and three kids and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Eric has spent the last 15 years in the tech industry, most recently as the head of product and general manager at Gusto. He is passionate about building products people love and came to Lattice because he believes in the company’s mission to make work meaningful. Eric studied engineering at Duke University and lives in Burlingame, CA with his wife and young son. Outside of work, you can find him hiking, cooking, or chasing after his kiddo to make sure he doesn’t get into too much trouble!

Tessa brings over 12 years of expertise in HR tech, having built a successful career in rigorous Sales environments at leading companies like Yahoo! and LinkedIn. As the Senior Vice President of Sales at Lattice, Tessa leverages her extensive background to drive both new business initiatives and customer growth strategies, consistently achieving high levels of success and scalability. Outside of work, Tessa is a mom, lover of snowsports and yoga learner.

Jared Erondu is the SVP of Brand at Lattice, overseeing both the Marketing and Design organizations. Prior to Lattice, he was the Director of Design at Teespring and an early designer at Omada Health. He’s also consulted for firms like Y Combinator, MIT, Google, and Greylock Partners. Outside of work, Jared is an active advisor, investor, and mentor. He enjoys contributing to the broader design community through projects like High Resolution (design leadership video series) and Playbook (design community).

Allison is the VP of Customer at Lattice and a seasoned HR and HR Tech leader with over 20 years of experience. She has led HR teams of all sizes and transitioned to the customer side, holding leadership roles at Ultimate Software (UKG), Namely, and HireVue across Solution Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Enablement. Allison is passionate about ensuring customers feel supported, valued, and never like just a checkbox. Outside of work, she’s a mom to four and a devoted fan of pizza and chocolate.
